Who can attend your yoga classes?
Our classes are designed for all levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced. Whether you’ve never done yoga before or you are already practicing regularly, we’ll tailor support and modifications to match your pace and goals.
Do you offer online sessions or only in-person?
We are flexible. You can join online sessions from the comfort of your home, or attend in-person workouts if available in your area. This allows you to “practice wherever you want, whenever you need.”
How do I get started?
Contact us (via phone, WhatsApp or email) to schedule a free consultation.
We’ll discuss your goals, current fitness/wellness level, any health concerns, and your preferred schedule.
Based on that we’ll recommend a plan (type of classes + frequency) that suits you.
What are the pricing plans?
We offer tiered pricing:
Standard: Pay-as-you-go – suitable for flexible attendance.
Professional: Short-term commitment, online training coverage.
Private: Long-term commitment, 24/7 availability, highly personalised.
What if I have injuries or health conditions?
Please inform us during your consultation about any injuries, chronic conditions or limitations. We’ll modify the practice accordingly — using gentler poses, slower pace, or alternate movements to ensure safety and effectiveness.
What should I bring / wear?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows movement.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and optionally a towel.
If practising online, ensure you have enough space to move safely and a stable internet connection (for online sessions).
How many sessions per week do I need?
It depends on your goals:
For general wellness: 2-3 sessions/week is a good start.
For deeper transformation (weight loss, flexibility, stress-reduction): 4–5 sessions/week might be recommended.
We will tailor the schedule based on your availability and objectives.
Can I switch between plans or upgrade later?
Yes — you can start on a Standard plan and upgrade to Professional or Private as your needs evolve. Just let us know, and we’ll adjust your plan accordingly.
What if I miss a session?
Depending on the plan, we typically offer makeup sessions or the option to reschedule, provided we receive reasonable notice. Please reach out if you anticipate missing a class so we can work something out.
What languages are the sessions conducted in?
